Who I am

My name is Sofia, I’m 19 years old, and I live in the province of Treviso. Last year, I graduated from the “F. Da Collo” Linguistic High School in Conegliano, and I’m currently in my first year of Public Relations at the University of Gorizia.

I chose this degree program because I’m interested in event planning, particularly in the wine and viticulture sector — a field I find both fascinating and deeply connected to my home region.

The Veneto region is proud to host what is often referred to as the cradle of Prosecco: Valdobbiadene, a charming town located in the province of Treviso. Since I live just a few kilometers away, I’ve had the chance to explore the area and travel along “The Prosecco and Wine Route of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Hills”. This route stretches over 90 kilometers, winding through a landscape rich in charm, history, artistic heritage, and hidden gems — often well-kept secrets that make the experience even more precious.

Since 2019, the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene have been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a testament to the uniqueness and beauty of this territory.

Drawing from my personal experience, I’ve selected three of the best experiences to enjoy as a couple, with family, or with friends — a perfect way to discover and fall in love with this extraordinary corner of Veneto.
